Van der Sluys Projects
Van der Sluys Projects was established in 1999 when Alex van der Sluys resigned as director from their family business, J van der Sluys Pty Ltd. His brother Hans joined him shortly afterwards. Van der Sluys Projects have since been sucessfully developing and managing properties in the Boland region. Recently Alex and Hans have been joined by Tania, Yuan and Gideon to further strengthen the business. Yuan and Gideon specialise in medium scale Construction projects whilst the rest of the company specialise in Project Management, Property Management, Property Development and Sectional Title Management. We specialise in all sectors of the Construction Industry namely Industrial, Commercial, Retail/Leisure and Residential. We strive to develop/manage quality products and believe our experience is a good example of this.
